Extended Warranty Quick Facts

  • The appliance must be registered prior to purchasing a Platinum Extended Warranty.
  • Comprehensive coverage extends the original manufactures warranty stated in the owner's manual for the duration of the platinum extended warranty. A replacement option will be considered at Danby's discretion.
  • Extended warranty coverage will apply only to the unit registered to the extended warranty purchased
  • Replacement appliances provided by Danby Products during the Platinum Extended Warranty period are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of replacement and are not eligible for additional Platinum Extended Warranty coverage.
  • Platinum Extended Warranties are non-refundable and non-transferable and are an extension of the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
  • If a Danby replacement is provided during the duration of the original manufacturer's warranty, the Platinum Extended Warranty will carry over.
  • Both the original manufacturer's warranty and the Platinum Extended Warranty are valid only if accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
